Glassform® designs and manufactures reinforced fiberglass architectural products. We offer design details and furnishings such as trash receptacles, planters, ash urns, tables, recycling containers and benches. Glassform® products serve theatres, institutions, commercial, retail, hospitality and medical facilities. Our products are offered in a broad range of sizes, designs, colors and textures. In addition, custom designs, colors and sizes can be provided to meet your facility's specific design needs.

All prices shown are FOB factory, excluding freight charges, taxes, permits, etc. Cartons (for domestic shipments) are included. Orders less than $100.00 list are subject to a $50.00 net service charge. Prices apply to individual products. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

All orders (and change orders) will be acknowledged in writing. The factory assumes no obligation to accept amendments to an order already acknowledged. If buyer's order/change is not acknowledged within 10 days of date mailed/entered, please call or write your area representative or the factory.

Invoice terms are net 30 days to established accounts. Freight charges are not subject to discount. Custom designs, colors, finishes, etc., are subject to advance deposit. Open accounts aged more than 30 days are subject to a 2% per month service charge and collection costs, including attorney fees. Credit terms may be revised or canceled at factory discretion.

New open accounts can only be established by the submission and approval of appropriate credit information and references. Establishing credit may take up to three weeks from date of order receipt.

Custom merchandise made to or modified to buyer's specification is not subject to cancellation or return. Nonstandard sizes and configuration are subject to special carton charges.

Note: All planters, trash receptacles, ash urns, and furniture are not stocked items and are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.

Glassform® reserves the right to make any changes, at any time, without notice, in the features, detailing or component materials.

All standard merchandise illustrated herein (excluding custom-made products, buyer-consigned modifications to standard products, buyer-consigned materials and components of other manufacturers) is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of shipment by seller to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Seller warrants to the original purchaser that merchandise determined defective by seller covered by the warranty will be repaired or replaced (at seller's sole discretion) when returned to seller's factory at purchaser's expense during the warranty period. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been damaged by accident or which has been misused, altered, or repaired by anyone other than the seller. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, except that any implied warranties in trade, shall remain for one year from the date of shipment of such merchandise. No person is authorized to assume for seller any other liability in connection with the sales of this product. In no event shall seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages related to the merchandise purchased from seller.

Unless otherwise specified by customer purchase order, transportation will be via the "best way" (in sellers judgment) using available surface carrier ( with carrier billing customer direct). If customer order specifies or circumstances require "prepaid and add"; a handling charge in the amount of 20% over actual freight cost shall be applicable. Upon request, Glassform® will estimate freight cost. Such an estimate is not to be construed as a quotation, and Glassform® assumes no responsibility for any difference which may occur with actual freight cost. All shipping weights are approximate. The factory assumes no liability for any delay or failure to deliver of perform due strikes or other labor difficulties, failure or delay of sources of supply or transportation, accidents or other causes beyond factory control.

Claims- Freight Damage: Freight claims for loss or damage are the consignee's responsibility, and must be filed with freight company. Please examine all shipments promptly upon receipt.

Claims- Other than damaged freight: Shipments must be inspected upon receipt of order, as to color, size differential or shortage. All such claims must be made to the factory within 10 days after receipt of order to insure full credit.

Returns: Merchandise may be returned only with factory's written consent and shipping instructions. Only products which are listed in the price book without modification will be considered for return. Authorized returns are subject to a minimum 50% restocking charge. All related transportation costs shall be prepaid by the buyer. Returned merchandise must be received in original cartons and condition- damaged or "used " merchandise may be subject to additional or full charges.

Merchandise held beyond the factory acknowledged ship date ( at the buyer's request) is subject to storage charges and/or payment in full as of the storage date (as if the merchandise had been physically shipped as scheduled).

When required by local fire codes or purchaser's preference an optional model of all Glassform® products is available with fire retardant additives at nominal extra cost. Add 10% to the published price. To specify, add (FR) following the basic model number. Molded material containing fire retardant additives have been tested to ASTMD-635 burn test.
